Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by IZA NOIR LLC, operating under the trade names "Civica" and "Civica Jamaica" ("IZA NOIR"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Summary (short)

• Use the Services lawfully and do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
• You keep ownership of your uploaded content; you grant IZA NOIR a non-exclusive license to host and display it while it is on the platform.
• We do not currently process payments; if paid features are added we will provide separate billing terms.

Liability and remedies (short)

• The Services are provided "as is". IZA NOIR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months (if any).

Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Disputes will be subject to arbitration with a class-action waiver where permitted by law.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
